The Irezumi Academy is a workshop open to designers, artists, and anyone seeking a passionate and lucrative career, regardless of their background. As the educational arm of Irezumi Tattoo Studios, we leverage our 18+ years of experience doing over 1M tattoos to offer our students hands-on training at our bustling studios in Chennai.

We begin by teaching students the fundamentals of sketching and shading on paper. Then, they progress to practicing tattooing on fake skin before moving on to real clients. Our comprehensive curriculum covers not only tattooing techniques but also the business aspects of running a tattoo studio, including customer service, equipment nuances, and aftercare.

Upon completion, students receive a certificate recognized all over India. We have hosted visiting artists from around the world and trained students from all corners of India.
